Terms of Use

By accessing or using Park River OS (“the Platform”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

The Platform is provided by invitation only, to Park River Management Inc. personnel and to individually invited investors. You may access it only if you have been authorized to do so, and only using credentials issued to you. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Park River Management Inc. promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate Park River business purposes, and you will not:

• Access, or attempt to access, data or areas you are not authorized to use.
• Share your access, or allow anyone else to use your account.
• Copy, scrape, export, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source of the Platform except as expressly permitted.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

The Platform contains confidential and proprietary information belonging to Park River Management Inc. and, in some cases, to third parties. You must treat all information accessed through the Platform as confidential, use it only for authorized purposes, and not disclose or remove it except as permitted by your role and by Park River Management Inc..

The Platform, its software, design, and content are owned by Park River Management Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the Platform as intended, no license or right is granted to you.

Information presented in the Platform, including budgets, forecasts, valuations, and performance figures, is provided for internal management and reporting purposes. It may include estimates and projections, may change, and does not constitute investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park River Management Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Your access may be suspended or revoked at any time, with or without notice, including where we believe these terms have been breached or where access is no longer authorized.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which Park River Management Inc. maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
